Your Profile

The Profile page is your account home inside the Explorer. Open it by clicking the Hi greeting with your name at the top of the Explorer sidebar, or pick Profile from the account menu (the initial bubble in the top-right corner of the editor). Either way you land on the same page.

What it shows

At the top sits your identity card: the same initial-letter avatar as the header account button, your name, your email address, and the date you joined. The page only displays this identity; it is read from your account, not edited here.

Email notifications

Below the identity card, the Email notifications section lists every optional email with its own switch: someone joining your diagram, responses to team invites you sent, comments on your diagrams, actions assigned to you, tips and check-ins, and milestones. The whole row is the switch, so click anywhere on it to flip it. The toggles are saved to your account and apply wherever you sign in. This section only appears when the deployment can actually send mail; a self-hosted instance without email configured simply omits it.

Danger zone

At the bottom, the Danger zone holds the Delete account button. It opens a confirmation dialog that asks you to type your email address, a deliberate speed bump before anything irreversible happens. Confirming permanently removes your diagrams, folders, and participant record from the server, then deletes the account itself and signs you out. This cannot be undone. Signed-in feature

The profile belongs to an account, so it is only available when you are signed in. A guest who opens the page sees a sign-in prompt instead, and on deployments that run without accounts there is no profile at all.
