Finding Diagrams and Folders

The always-on scope of search: your diagrams, your folders, and anything shared with you.

Wherever you open the search panel, it always covers your own library, so you never have to remember which folder a diagram is in.

Diagrams

The Diagrams group matches your diagrams by name. Pick one and it opens, the quickest way back into a diagram without scrolling the Explorer. This group is in scope from anywhere, the editor, the Explorer, or the new-diagram flow.

Folders

The My Work group matches your folders by name. Picking a folder takes you to it in the Explorer, so search doubles as a way to jump around your folder tree without expanding it by hand.

Shared with you

If anyone has shared a diagram with you, a Shared with you group matches those too. Picking one opens it on its share link, with whatever access the owner granted. This keeps shared work findable alongside your own, without it cluttering your folders.

Search is owner-scoped: a guest finds the diagrams their own browser owns, and signing in brings your account's diagrams (and anything shared with you) into scope.
