When you are signed in and belong to one or more teams, the search panel reaches into them as well, so team work is as findable as your own.
What the Teams group matches
A single Teams group gathers three kinds of match:
- Teams themselves, by name. Picking one jumps to that team's page.
- Team folders shared inside a team.
- Team diagrams shared inside a team.
Team folders and diagrams are shown with an "in <team>" suffix, so when a name appears in more than one place you can tell which team it belongs to at a glance. Picking a team folder lands you on the team page with that folder already open.
Signed-in only
Teams require an account, so this group only appears when you are signed in with teams to search. Guests, and signed-in users with no teams, simply will not see it. The rest of search, your diagrams and folders, works the same either way.
Searching is often faster than expanding the Teams tree in the Explorer: type a team or folder name and jump straight in.
