Collaborate elements

Elements that ask the room a question and keep the answer.

Most elements show what one person drew. These are the ones that collect what everybody thinks, and keep it on the board afterwards.

This page is the map. Each element has its own short article, so you can link somebody straight to the one they need.

Finding them

They live in the palette's Behaviours category, under Dynamic in the category dropdown, across two of the groups you click into: Ask the room for the ones that put a question to everybody, and Keep a record for the ones you leave behind on the board — the comment panel among them. A search box above the groups cuts across all of them at once.

The seven sit across the Ask the room and Keep a record groups.

These had their own Collaborate category once. It was merged into Behaviours: you reach for both sets while running a session, and a category boundary between "pressing this does something" and "the board is collecting an answer" was a line to memorise rather than one to navigate by.

Who can use them

Anyone with an edit link. Someone on a view-only link sees every card and its answers but can't cast, reveal or clear — the controls render but stay inactive rather than pretending to work.

Answers aren't undoable: your Ctrl+Z should never retract somebody else's answer.
